Jesus — Who is He?

Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords

Jesus is above all other gods, principalities, and Satan. He is:

The Almighty, The Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and the End, The Anointed, The Author and Finisher of our faith, The Captain of the Lord's Host, The Chief Shepherd, The Chief Cornerstone, The Deliverer, The God of the whole world, The Righteous Judge, The Lamb of God, The Light of the world, The Lord of Glory, The Lord of the dead and the living, The Messiah, The Mighty to save, The Most Holy, The Most Mighty, The Great Physician, The Prince of Peace, The Redeemer, The Resurrection and the Life, The Sure Foundation.

This is Jesus my Lord!

Jesus died for our sins

Jesus, as God, died as a pure, perfect, and sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for my sins and your sins. This is something no other god has done. When I accepted Jesus' payment for my sins, then I no longer had to pay for the sins of my past. However, I do need to make Jesus Lord of my life and stop committing the sins of my past.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Jesus will judge all the world

In the end times, Jesus will return to take all those who are true Christians to be with Him in Heaven. At that time, Jesus will judge everyone, the dead and the living. Those who are not true Christians, who have not made Jesus Lord of their lives, will be sent to eternity in hell where they will burn and be in torture along with Satan forever. Those who are true Christians will go to Heaven for the rest of eternity.

How you can become a Christian

Tell Jesus that you are sorry for all the sins that you have committed and ask Him to forgive you. Tell Him you want to love Him and serve Him with all your heart. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." Ephesians 2:8,9

Prayer to pray: Dear Jesus, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I am sorry for all the sins I have done. Will you please forgive me? I want to turn from sin and live for You. I invite You to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour and Lord. I want to love you, Jesus, and serve you with all my heart. Amen.
